1. Choose a Plan or Go Custom:

Pick from our available designs, customize a premade plan, or work with one of our trusted engineers and architects to develop a fully custom blueprint.
2. Design & Estimate Phase:

After choosing your layout and finish options (or a finish budget), we’ll provide a formal estimate. A $300 planning fee is required to begin zoning verification and detailed planning — and is applied to your final project if you move forward. You’ll keep all
materials regardless.

3. Permitting & Groundbreaking:

Once approved, we’ll handle all necessary permits and break ground. We’re
experienced in working with banks and credit providers for construction loans, and we’ll supply any required documentation.

4. Build & Stay Informed:

Your new build will be completed using milestone-based scheduling and payments. You’ll receive daily check-ins, and weekly progress photos through our secure app.

You don’t need to worry about red tape. We handle:
